SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE BENEFITS

The Bartenders Union 165 sponsors a program that provides supplemental life, disability and critical illness insurance to Bartenders Union 165 members. The insurance products are underwritten by the Boston Mutual Life Insurance Co and are especially designed to supplement the life and disability insurance benefits provided by the Bartenders Health Fund.

Participation in the program is strictly voluntary and because these products are a guarantee issue for newly eligible Bartenders Union 165 members, the window period for enrollment comes about only once each year.
